What a cool place! Lots of nostalgia. Small but quaint and the owners were a hoot! I had the ribeye sandwich with fries and it was so good. I missed breakfast but I told that its phenomenal and the homeade biscuits are spot on
This is the coolest little stop to get breakfast or lunch! I don’t know how many times we were thanked for stopping in good conversation a lot of locals they knew we weren’t from here automatically because we weren’t regulars cool decor. They don’t bother with us price ticket. He just asked what we had. He was right there by the counter, just putting money in the till. he even asked me about my gluten intolerance when I said I couldn’t eat the biscuits so he offered grits. Eggs were perfect. Bacon was awesome and my husband said that’s the best gravy he’s had on his biscuits. This is a must stop place if you’re going from Florence, Alabama Iuka, Mississippi, Selmer, Tennessee, or Corinth, Mississippi where it’s located . Friend suggested this to us and I’m glad we stopped. You should too.
Finally stopped at Abe's, glad we did. Great food at a great price. Actually talked with Abe for awhile, very nice man. He and his wife started the place in 1974, thier son does the cooking now. You will really enjoy this place!
Every now and again you find a Jewel, this is one of those spots. The rib eye steak burger was excellent the fries also excellent and generously served. The owner and his wife have run it for many years and were charming. They spend their efforts here on great food not decorations. They are open when they’re able. You won’t regret giving them a try.
Hidden gem of restaurant thats been around since the 70s. Family owned and operated. Wonderful food and quite an experience. Some of the best short order food in Mississippi. Phenomenal BBQ too.
Great food. Relational staff and customers. Truly a memorable eating experience. Hand cut fries. Everything is made from scratch. They do run out of food. Their drive through opens at 3:00 am.
An absolutely brilliant family establishment, great food - cheese burger and fries were amazing! Abe and his family turned what was meant to be a quick lunch into an experience we will never forget! Here’s to another 50 years!!!
I met a friend here for breakfast and I'm glad I did. This is a unique little diner with great food. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. They have outdoor seating available, but if you eat inside I hope you make friends easily, because space is limited.
